Information about plants, care notes, and greening services is provided for general guidance and may change with stock and season. Website copy does not replace in-person advice at the shop counter.
3. Shop visits and purchases
- Prices and availability are those stated in the shop at the time of purchase.
- Plants are living goods; we select healthy stock, but ongoing care after purchase is your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing for a greening service.
- Please handle displays gently and ask staff before moving large pots.
4. Greening services
Indoor greening plans, plant visits, and ongoing care are confirmed separately. Scope, fees, and cancellation terms are those shared in writing when you book.
5. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, and design elements on this site belong to Blattwerk or their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
6. Liability
We strive to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Liability for slight negligence is limited to the extent permitted by Austrian law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health where such limitation is unlawful.
7. Privacy
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the GDPR, the Austrian DSG, and guidance of the Datenschutzbehörde (DSB).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable. The courts of Vienna shall have jurisdiction to the extent permitted by law.
