1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use local storage for your consent choice. Some items are strictly necessary; others run only if you opt in.
2. How we ask for consent
On your first visit a banner offers Accept, Decline, and Settings. Accept enables optional analytics and marketing preferences if configured. Decline keeps only necessary storage. Settings lets you allow or refuse optional categories before saving. You can clear site data in your browser to see the banner again.
3. Categories we use
- Necessary — stores your cookie preference so the banner does not reappear on every page load. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional site) and, where applicable, § 96 Abs. 3 TKG 2021 for essential storage.
- Analytics (optional) — only if you consent via Accept or Settings. Used to understand aggregated visit patterns. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. No analytics scripts run when you Decline or leave analytics unchecked.
- Marketing (optional) — only if you consent. Not used for third-party advertising on this static site unless we later enable it with fresh consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Storage details
blattwerk_cookie_consent— localStorage key holding accepted, declined, or preference JSON. Duration: until cleared by you.
5. Managing cookies
Use the banner controls, or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may reset the banner each visit but will not stop core pages from loading.
6. Further information
